They were so tiny and cute.

That’s how we felt. We were very happy being back in France: hearing spoken French and French foods.

I have seen similar in the basilique notre dame de la gare in Marseille. They are representations of real ships. And are hung to give thanks for a safe return to shore.

Possibly Fallabellas. An Argentian breed which apparently can be house trained🙃.

I notice that the signs are blurred on the pictures so we can't tell whether you are filling up with water or wine🤣

You descended the same pass we came over to arrive in Laguardia. We had a fairly brief thunderstorm for a few K on that descent, but it cleared away quickly for my misadventure up into town.

We arrived from Puente de la Reina, then I climbed southward up the west side of town to that overlook. Once back down and onto our designed route, I then went up the east side of town to Castillo Collado. This helps me recollect some of our experiences from this portion of our trip (but probably boring for others).

Did you see the cockerel and Jen in the cathedral?

Our overflow stayed up at El Castillo and loved it. We rode in from the south the first day and from the east then second day. The south hill was wicked!

You must’ve had a cup of coffee next door, too.

We stayed here last year at the Castillo el Collado, owned and operated by “The Count”, who was very attentive and engaging. I can’t quite determine which hotel you guys were at. We arrived from the East; I got separated from our group near the bottom of the hill below town. I rode the wrong route up to this overlook, trying to find our hotel. I then rode all the way down to the main road where I located our chalk route marker, then all the way back up to our hotel. Bonus climb!
