Jeff, so sorry to hear this. And, having some back trouble myself, ouch! I hope your surgery goes great, that recovery is smooth and that you're comfortable and able to resume your normal life soon.

1 month agoThanks, Bill. As far as physical therapy goes, there really isn't any after this kind of surgery, at least in my experience the first time I had it. What's basically required is not doing anything that could cause it to be-herniated - unfortunately for three long months, which means very little of the physical activities that interest me.
