I'm a now retired guy living in Vermont.  I say "now" as if it's a recent retirement, although I realized with a bit of shock as I was writing this that it's actually been about two years already.  How did that happen?

I've been a runner and cyclist most of my adult life, with a bit of an emphasis on the running.  Over the last couple of years, I've really prioritized cycling, and have become intrigued with the idea of bike travel.  My adventures so far, other than day rides, have been a few bike overnights, mostly within 30 to 40 miles of home.  But, hopefully 2019 is the year for bigger things!
