5 months agoThanks so much for sharing your lovely adventure. I really enjoyed reading about your travels, and I’m very impressed with all of you. Tobias gets all the gold stars for being an excellent happy wanderer.
8 months agoIt sure sounds like Tobias is a great traveller. Wonderful that you wrote this blog so he can look back in later years and relive all his wonderful experiences.

8 months agoToo bad that by the time they are old enough to be really helpful they have mostly lost interest in helping.
9 months agoGot a replacement on the way but I become emotionally attached to things like this. It's been on so many adventures with me. And it's probably worthless to most people. Just a bit upsetting that one person ruined my trust in everyone and I've got to build that back up.
9 months agoI've become dependent on my cycle computer, can't imagine giving it up. I hope James gets a replacement soon. Kudos to you for keeping all the wheels turning.

Mountains may be wow-ees from now on. It’s a good name. When our daughter was small, every time we used a tape measure and then pushed the retraction button to wind it up, we would say “Ta da!” So she thought that was the word for tape measure. Twenty years later, we still call tape measures ta-das.

11 months agoHoi Els! Het was lekker zonnig. Wij hebben met WarmShowers hosts gebleven en dan een beetje moe voor het laatste stuk naar Ljubljana. Nu zijn wij een week rust met vrienden hebben. Maar het is makkelijker om elke dag te doen dus zullen wij het proberen.
11 months agoIk lees voor het slapen jullie verhaal. Maar nu al drie dagen niks....
Beter weer nu hoop ik. En veel plezier in Ljubiliana! Hier ook fijn voorjaarsweer.
