Media Blitz

Today was a busy rest day. Three more media interviews eventuated. One by phone with ABC Riverina (Wagga Wagga again with the excellent broadcaster Sally), one by phone with ABC Riverland (Renmark), and a live interview with the Sunraysia Daily here in Mildura. This live interview took almost an hour as the perfectionist photographer was looking for the best angles. More proof that my face is far better suited to radio interviews.

Other than the shameless self promotion of the ‘Against the Wind’ fundraising tour, I accomplished a few other tasks today such as stocking up the food supply, buying some new riding gloves and another pair of badly needed wool socks.

Overall it was a relaxing, productive day in sunny Mildura.
