I Naturalist says that this is probably a Linden tree. The blossoms were very sweet smelling, kind of like a gardenia.

Laurie KoburgerThere were many Linden trees in the Netherlands. Not sure if this are the same tree.

Tomorrow it is on to Niagra and a bike ride along the Canada side of the niagra river.
