From now on when I'm describing Denver metro, I'll say urban metastasis instead of urban sprawl.

5 years agoDoes that sign mean that if a man needs to use the bathroom, he is to first hop on the awkwardly-balanced pogo stick and then see if he can jump down the hall without falling off?
5 years agoWe’ve seen up to seven people on one motorbike! And since they grow up on them they are as relaxed as if they were sitting on the couch.
5 years agoYou know it's been a good day when you can say something like "mosquitoes nibbled delicately on our ankles".. which seems to put them (the mosquitoes) right there in the same peaceful and friendly category as the singing birds.

If they hit a bump I don't see how the guy on the back could keep from flying off.
There is so much to always learn. I've never been good with knots and I watch guys in Asia who do work everyday where the knot is one of the most important things. Man, do they know how to tie tight knots. I just watch and marvel at their knowhow. They never seem to loosen no matter how rough the ride.

5 years agoI should have taken care to secure our bikes like that on the leapfrog from Glendive to Jordan and maybe I wouldn't have had a slashed sidewall.
