Flowers on the left are some species of Euphorbia, but I can't determine what one. Here is a link to one that looks similar:

2 years agoI didn’t see any. According to the info plaque, there used to be a drainage culvert at the end of this little street and cats used it to go in and out of the village. So it said.

2 years agoI think it’s because it’s so remote and untraveled, with no major urban area nearby.
2 years agoWe are enjoying it. We’ve also noticed the lack of garbage dumped on the roadside; just the usual highway litter. Because it’s not as big a problem here? Because we aren’t riding the little roads here?

2 years agoYes self generated. A lenticular cloud. We see them all of the time over Mt. Rainier. Well, at least when the mountain is out.
