The Cabin...just feet away from the Arkansas River. It was built by Dave's parents Hank and Eunice in 1971'ish. Was just the middle section first but added on over the years.

A short walk from the cabin along the Arkansas River......all the land behind is BLM land! No neighbors..and beautiful.
