Haboro

The free campsite at which we stayed last night was so good we decided to spend another day in Haboro.  This gave us the chance to get our laundry done at a coin laundrette in town and catch up on some work.

We were fortunate on our arrival at the campsite with only one tent occupying the covered area we had read about on the 'net.  Quite a few motor cyclists and one Japanese cycling couple arrived and the covered area filled up pretty quickly with most campers having to brave the rain that had started falling heavily.  By morning many of them were soaked and the parking lot was under water.  A couple of motor cycles had even tipped over during the night when their pegs had sunk into the soft ground.

After lunch we cycled back into town to charge my PC and our phones, finishing off with a scrub and soak at the Onsen and something to eat at the cafeteria attached to the Onsen.

All in all, a good and timely rest day.

Today's ride: 14 km (9 miles)
Total: 281 km (175 miles)
