Day 67: Holland to Richland
Meeting up with Tennessee Friends
“This must be the only café in the county,” Rachel says as we find the Village Inn in Allegan. The parking lot is full. We stop for a second breakfast and find a good old fashioned breakfast place with the old fashioned prices.
Today was one of those days that you just want to get from point A to point B. We are meeting up with friends housesitting on Gull Lake near Richland. Patrick navigates us through the back roads to the house, and we are greeted by Wendy and Greg. Wendy had chicken sandwiches already made for us, and deviled eggs.
We enjoy visiting and reconnecting with our friends and eating good food.
