Macuspana

We only got going after eight because I had a slow leak in my front tyre - the culprit being one of those dreadful pieces of truck tyre, as usual.

Then it was another boring ride along a somewhat busy road to the rather anonymous town of Macuspana.  There wasn't much along the way to grab our attention, apart from a child's toy tied to a bridge, some cattle being herded and and a photo opportunity once we reached out hotel.

More visible signs of framing as opposed to just swamps and floodplains. There were a number of these pastures with cattle along the way.

Very sad looking Panda.

Cow hands making use of a gap in the barrier between the opposing direction of the major road we were on today.

Our digs for the night is the simple but pleasant Hotel Claudia.  M$500 for a fair sized room with ice-cold aircon and a hot shower with great water presure.  Can't complain about that.
