We sped off and after a few miles had our first flat. Scott, who was usually the fastest, suddenly disappeared behind us, and by the time we noticed he was almost out of earshot.

 Although, we could make out the words, 

“Idiots!” and “Flat!” 

We decided to change the tire as fast as possible, like a pit stop at the Indy 500, and the three of us had it repaired and back on in ten minutes. We were really proud of ourselves for being so lightning fast, but as it turns out most experienced cyclists could do it blindfolded faster than that.
