A great day
Lovely riding, good company
IT SEEMS I have been adopted by my friend's group of peers. Three of us rode together all day, making the 59 miles from Live Oak to Cherry Lake pass in pleasant and enjoyable fashion. I was even bestowed with honorary status as "one of the girls" after taking a long pull: a high honor.
The weather was pleasant, the riding easy, the roads generally good, and the companionship first rate. It also appears that the intended result of improved form and fitness may also be in the cards. That being the primary objective for the week, it is pleasant to see it happening as hoped.
