We really got a kick out of the Strudel family name history. Keith and I have never met a Strudel but we are absolutely sure we would like them ๐. Anyone with a name like that has to be wonderful and growing apples, or at the very least operating a bakery ๐.
We have just polished off another wonderful breakfast (no strudel though) and are headed to Trento today.

It was a detail of a large tapestry. We loved the MMM. As soon as Dodie is on a bike not fixed in place she can test out her new knees there ๐

They must be growing apple trees in their garden...
Are you in Italy now, or the Italian side of Switzerland? (Pardon my ignorance of place names. Today's sounds like Italy. Just a wonderful trip as usual.

But GNR? - Julia does not look like a heavy metal kind of kid.
Glad your camera setting is at fault, at first I thought it was my post operative drug induced vision.
6 years agoNo kidding. It looked like a nightmare to me. Remember the old sailing expression โyou might as well take a cold shower, beat your head against the wall and flush money down the toilet because you get the same feelingโ. It was that kind of a sailing day.

We are late to the Blog and started at the beginning, certainly not expecting this added complication and stress for you! As you said, thankfully it's clean water.
