5 months agoYes, we're familiar with those companies and might consider that in the future. If we did it, I'd like to be able to break the tandem down into 3 pieces rather than in 2 last our last tandem did. That might make it easier to pack to fly overseas. But we may just buy another Seavo that's already coupled at some point.
1 year agoI saw it in a coffee table book on innovative architecture years ago. It was fascinating to see how they addressed issues like plumbing (which of course does not do well in rotation) and electric / phone wiring.

1 year agoYeah, Robin always says "Flying is great if you've got the time".
The official word was lack of staff and large passenger volumes. On our flight out of Toulouse, there were no lines at all. So I think this is airport-specific. Schipol is one of the busiest airports in Europe.
Storage under the beds are more than ample! Then you have a “closet” at the foot of the bed (on right side)..We found a trick to handle the bathroom items was a suction cup vinyl and plastic shelf from HEMA.. ( HEMA is the Netherlands version of Target)
