Iowa, one of the many flyover states, is actually a pretty interesting place. Of course, that seems like an outrageous statement, but it's true. My adoptive state is a great place to live, and a great place to ride. Plus, there are some weird and interesting things to see.

This journal will be written in a piecemeal fashion over the next several years, and will consist of training rides or weekend rides to places of interest. You don't need to read any of them in order since they're each individual stories.
