Day 13 Heron MT
Today we did not pedal at all. Hubs didn’t get any sleep last night and when he got up this morning his stomach was feeling well. We did get dressed to go but Hubs decided to go back to bed. He slept another few hours. I was having a great time chatting with the owners Mike and Cookie. This is an inn, restaurant and a little casino. When Cookie went out to feed the horses I tagged along. I get timid around horses even though I know they are gentle creatures. It stem from when I was a little girl. When Hubs did get up and was feeling a bit better he helped Mike work on one of the air conditioner. They worked for quite awhile but could not get it going. Luckily each room has its own air conditioner so we will be cool sleeping tonight. 🤞🤞🤞 we get a good nights sleep. Tomorrow Mike will be giving us a ride part of the way as we would have to do over 60 if he didn’t. If we left today we would have been camping tonight. Tomorrow our destination is Libby MT.
