Kampot: A quick look at Kampot and then a work day (again)

We were on our bicycles soon after six o'clock, hoping to cycle around Kampot and get some photographs in the early morning light. Unfortunately, there was heavy cloud cover, so after photographing the rice memorial, the giant durian and the river, we found some breakfast (cinnamon bun for me and choc-chip cookie for Leigh) and went back to work.

Lunch saw us back at the noodle shop. Noodle soup for me and dumplings for Leigh. Delicious!

Leigh had a mix of steamed and fried dumplings

After lunch it was back to work but suddenly at about five o'clock it seemed that something in Leigh's dumpling had caused an allergic reaction because she had broken out in hives. Thankfully, the business next to our guesthouse is a pharmacy so I popped next door to pick up an anti-histamine which seems to have sorted things out.

Today's ride: 10 km (6 miles)
Total: 6,449 km (4,005 miles)
