Busan: Resting and researching

We have decided to spend a few days in Busan while we organize our visas for China. We've got a good rate on a good hotel (37500 Won per night), good internet, lots of food options etc.

We took a walk around the Haeundai Beach area this morning and then visited the Chinese Visa Application center this afternoon. The visa center is in the I'Park, a series of tall towers that hold shops, restaurants, businesses and flats. Living there must be like living on a cruise liner without the danger of motion sickness - you never need to leave the building.

With our bikes stuck in the storage room on the second floor, we decided walk the mile or so to get info about the visas. It might have been better to get the bikes down because we're slightly knackered after the walk. In total we walked not much more than five kilometers - my 85 year old mother walks that distance almost every day.
