At Usk we cross the Pend Oreille River looking for some cinnamon rolls.

On another CGOAB journal I had read about the cinnamon rolls at the Boo-boo Café. Sadly, no cinnamon rolls today, but the huckleberry scones are very good as well. The café is for sale though, so who knows what the next cyclist will find.

We nominate the Cedar RV park in Ione as the most hospitable campground on the Sellkirk Loop. Gabe Osbourn went out of his way to make us comfortable, he brought out chairs, hammock and even coolers and ice to keep our drinks cold. Even if you have to go out of your way a bit off the Northern Tier route, Ione makes a place to spent some time.
