Girona - Dreaming On - Over the Pyrenees - CycleBlaze

Girona

A day off in Girona with so much to do.  It is a charming old city and we walked the walls, the old city, the Jewish quarter, back and forth over different bridges and out to the Lleo Market for some fresh fish, fruit and veg.
It was time for new chains on the bikes and with so many cycle shops we easily found the two sizes we needed.   While chatting with the young shop attendant we figured out we had all been riding the Els Angels the day before, then he realized we were the people with the loaded panniers.  He probably thought "crazy people" but was too polite to say it.  Steven transformed the apartment into a workshop and the bikes are ready for the next 1000km.

We would have liked three days, but two was enough to get a good taste of Girona.
