Rain Burst on Lake Erie

Selkirk to Port Royal

Woke up in our little Bunky. Had a great night's sleep! It actually rained a little but I had my bike all covered up out on the deck so she was just fine.

Mark came over to say hello while we were having our morning coffee.

It was hard to say goodbye to our little home.

And our waterfront!

But away we went along the Lakeshore all day and it was so pretty.

We stopped in Port Dover at Tim Hortons and had a snack and a decaf. It's the biggest town we've seen so far. Had a busy intersection! This is just a shot I took from a bridge of the lake.

Here's one from Stephen on the other side of the bridge. Such different coloring!

We started seeing a big black cloud moving towards where we were headed. We stopped and put on our rain jackets as it started to sprinkle. We rode right into a giant burst of rain! It was nice and warm out so it actually felt good and it was over within a few miles. Wow, it sure came down hard. We stopped in Port Rowan for groceries and then had six miles to get to our AirBnB just past Port Royal.

Kristan greeted us, worked for a while and then headed into town!
