Great Day with John

Wonderful Maryland Crab Cakes last night for dinner with Orzo.

Coffee this morning out on the screened deck

After breakfast we headed for the Marina

The Marina is in a protected area so at first we slowly worked our way out to the bay

Then we went motoring over to Gibson Island.

John is a great captain. We really enjoyed our boat ride.

This is the only house on this little island

Heading back was easier as we were going with the waves.

Back to the marina and then a stop at the bike shop to pick up our bikes. Stephen got a new drivetrain and a new control piece (the one he broke back at Compass Lake in Florida) and I got a front cog.

Back at the house we cleaned the bikes as they went through a few puddles and some rain on the way to Alexandria. We showered and tossed our laundry in the washer. We are out on the deck and John just fired up the grill. Kabobs tonight.
