There was no one in front of us going into the park so I pulled out my trusty National Park Pass and in we went!

Jeanna & Kerry SmithWe had fun touring the Badlands by car years ago. We were in Wall the first weekend of June in the late 90's and it snowed three inches overnight. We were so surprised when we woke up. Glad we weren't cycling then!

Janet Anspach-RickeyTo Jeanna & Kerry SmithI believe anything can happen here the way the sky changes minute to minute. We started out riding into big billowy clouds and thought for sure we'd get wet but it never happened today. We were so lucky!

John PescatoreGreat shots of the Badlands, Janet! I camped there on a cross country car trip back in 1977 - doesn't look like anything has changed a bit, which is a good thing!

Scott AndersonWhat an incredible day. I’ve never seen the Badlands, but they remind me of the John Day hills, on a vast scale. We should figure out how to get there some year.

Janet Anspach-RickeyTo Scott AndersonWe were so lucky to have a cool overcast day. And everything is so green here. Very unusual for this time of the summer.
