My destination today was Ness City. As I pulled into town I passed the high school and there were hundreds of bikers camped out. I quickly figured out it was Bike Across Kansas. This event has been run every year for 50 years and attracts over 600 riders. I pitched my tent in with them and met some nice people

Greg and Karen have tandem biked worldwide since retiring

Besides the hundreds of tents outside the bikers take over the gym, hallways and cafeteria

Keith AdamsMy one-and-only visit to Ness City was on BAK, in either 2004 0r 2006 (I've done it twice, don't remember which one took me to Ness...)

BAK is a great event.

Mike and Dave are both doing Bike Across Kansas. Dave did the Transamerica in 2015 so we were trading stories
