Day 14 - Zero day

Taking a zero day in Berea, KY. Legs need a day of rest and it gives me a chance to get the bike tuned up, stock up on groceries, and do some laundry. Back on the road tomorrow

I did log a whopping 3 miles today getting to a restaurant for dinner and a super Walmart for groceries

David HendersonThe hills I just went through over the past 10 days are some of the toughest on the entire route so I was definitely due for a rest day. I did figure in a zero day every 2 weeks for rest, groceries, bike work, and laundry
Glad things get a bit flatter as I head west from here
