First ride in NZ

Today we rode the loop from our place in Taradale into Napier along the dyke and the ocean.  We stopped in Ahiruri for lunch and then returned along the estuary to Taradale.  It was a great way to shake out the legs and familiarize ourselves with the area.

Saw this guy on the route. He rides his e-bike with his dog to a dog park so the dog can run around. He is no longer able to give the dog the exercise it needs so this is his solution.
