Moffat

It's July already.  Where did the time go ?

We had a cattle stop early on in the ride.

An institution that could hardly be imagined today.

There's not too much I can write about or show today.  It was a pretty boring slog up to Moffat fighting a thirty plus kilometer headwind the whole way.  We are staying at the very well organised albeit rather sterile Caravan and Camping Club campsite in the town.  It has everything a person could want including a Co-op store right next door.  The free wi-fi has also meant we could get some work done.

Tomorrow we start heading more eastwards as we make our way to East Lothian.  There isn't much in the line of quiet and/or interesting routes or campsites of which we are aware so it looks like it will be a case of just riding to get there.

Today's ride: 39 km (24 miles)
Total: 1,721 km (1,069 miles)
