Up to the lighthouse (15th March)
A relatively longer day. Left the ryokan and followed the beautiful coast up to the lighthouse.
Hard climb up to the lighthouse. Stopped half way to eat a delicious apple, very very juicy.
After descending, went further north to see a ‘famous’ old tree. Turned out I had died during one of the recent typhoons.
At the campsite, our last night in Goto, we saw another tent. There was a pair of shoes outside which I recognised as Alex’s, who we met coming off the ferry.
We cycled to the nearby onsen and as expected his bike was outside. After onsening, we went to an izakaya for some dinner.
