Montreal to Paris

Tension is mounting a bit as it is now 15 minutes before going out to find our transport to the airport. The next anyone will hear of us, we will be in Paris. Somehow it feels like a big jump in space and in culture. Meanwhile we cling for a short while to Amelia, Evelyn, Joseph, Joshua, and Sabrina, not to mention classic Montreal pizza!

Although it does not look like much - lacking for instance an artistically wood oven burnt crust, the classic Montreal pizza is stuffed with addictive flavours.

This local pizzeria has a basic Montreal Italian food requirement: owned and operated by Greek immigrants! Note that aside from pizza the local delicacy poutines takes up a lot of menu space. Poutine is french fries drowned in brown gravy and covered in cheddar cheese curds. A chacun son gout!
