23rd Day of Riding
Today's ride was an enjoyable 73 miles through the Texas Hill Country in sunny weather with medium headwinds. The most scenic part of the ride was on State Highway 39 along the Guadalupe River. Here's a photo of an iconic fence we passed on that highway, near Hunt TX, with discarded cowboy boots on the posts.

Karen ZattSome of those boots still look pretty nice. I would have expected the weather to have taken a bigger toll on them.
