I took it easy in the morning, packing up slowly and doing a couple of backwards laps up the hill going into the campground before heading south. Even though this isn’t the side of the mountains I want to be on, it is certainly nice on the coast. Cool temps, no smoke and a general tailwind. There are plenty of short, steep sections so it’s a workout, but pleasant.

All the Oregon state park campgrounds on the coast have hiker/biker sites
