Day 4 - Deception Pass to Port Townsend

Since I'm catching up on the blog after the fact, I'll keep this entry short: pictures with captions and a video compilation of the day.

It was a short day, only ~32 miles, punctuated at the end by a ferry ride to Port Townsend. Our goal was to travel on the 1:30 ferry all together and then ride the remaining couple of miles to the campground.

Large Pacific Madrones lined our route as we rode around Penn Cove. I've always been fascinated by Madrone structure and bark.

We've arrived at the quaint little town of Port Townsend. Now, to find our campground.
