Day 8: Transit from Saint Pourcain sur Sioule to Leognan by car: Parade day in Saint Pourcain sur Sioule
424 km of car to get to Leognan, overcrowded high way rest places. Philippe's wife Nicole had prepared us an excellent diner. Velouté of leaks and potato soup, zucchini pâté with Conté cheese, melons, strawberries and yogurt. Thank you Nicole and Philippe for your hospitality. Well, internet is not a great tool to socialize because at the end of the meal,I rushed to the computer to feed the blog with pictures of the week. I do not feel too guilty since Philippe & Nicole were also hooked at internet.
