My Warm Showers host had to go to Albany and offered my a ride. I wanted to see the Interstate Highway, so I accepted. So I skipped the last part of the Erie Canal Trail.
In Albany I cycled across the Hudson River. Then South across the Appalachian Trail and into Connecticut.
