Good day landing at Carrieville State Forest Campground
Getting back on track from Beulah was a bit of a bore, but once on Onekama things went pretty good over all.

There are four because I changed the map sections I was following (and one I kind of just screwed up). From Onekama on it was a pleasant mix of lakes, farming and some lake residential. Wind was variable but tending to be on my face. Manistee (why that name in MI?) was quite a neat little main Street. I stopped for morning coffee and pastries and quite enjoyed the vibe.

Tonight I'm once again at a state campground considered "rustic".... no electric, hand pump water, and vault toilets. Best of all so far very few other campers. This one though is popular with ORV's as it's close to a trail system. The few.people here all seem to have, ORV's except for those with only two wheels. Oh and the skeeters aren't too bad though their presence is easily noted..
Finally, just as my day was winding down the front tire sidewall received a gash and proceeded to flat out. Fortunately I have a good repair patch just for this situation, albeit still a bit sketchy. Now in search of a new tire, again! Yes, this too was the front. Nearest bike store is about 75 miles off but will not open till 8:30 Monday am. Not sure they'll have a you're that'll fit, as it's also an automotive place.
Enjoy!
Today's ride: 100 miles (161 km)
Total: 1,365 miles (2,197 km)
