Netherlands Fun..not always in ☀️..part 2

Am I on the way to actually creating an entry for Cycle Blaze? If so, the Grampies are invaluable! Who knew writing something ( for others  to read) could be so difficult? Especially trying to convey what kind of a bike ride I experienced today in the wind, here in the Netherlands!

I have been riding a full week, averaging over 38-46 miles per day.  I am on a bike tour with 20 other people and I have ALWAYS done the “long ride”.  It is challenging and more fun ( for me).

I am going to post photos now and hope for the best !

Steve Miller/GrampiesI looked it up:

Kibbeling is a popular Dutch street food that consists of battered and deep-fried pieces of fish, typically cod, often served with a mayonnaise-based garlic sauce or tartar sauce. It's a favorite snack, especially during the summer months, and can be found at fish stalls and markets across the Netherlands.
Key aspects of kibbeling:
Ingredients:
Kibbeling is made from chunks of white fish, such as cod, which are coated in a batter and deep-fried.
Preparation:
The fish is usually seasoned with spices before being coated in a batter made with flour, eggs, and sometimes beer or milk.
Serving:
Kibbeling is often served with a mayonnaise-based garlic sauce or tartar sauce, and can also be enjoyed with fries.
Popularity:
Kibbeling is a well-known and beloved Dutch snack, particularly enjoyed in coastal areas.

Steve Miller/GrampiesWow. we found it! Be sure to reply, to confirm that all is working right.

Two suggestions:

1. Although many blog sites put the latest entry first, the sort of tradition with cycle blogs is to make it like a book - that is, page 1,2, 3 in that kind of order. Cycleblaze handles this by asking if you want your current entry to come at the beginning or the end, and so you would tell it at the end.

2. The photo in your profile is nice, but have you aged since? We are curious to see Karen today!

Karen PoretTo Steve Miller/GrampiesAgain, thank you for helping me out!
I will try again tomorrow to post more photos.. however, the dark skies and forecasters seem to want to keep that camera in the pannier 😜

Regarding posting a photo of me? Not allowed 🚫. I prefer to remain Karen (in name only) and let the photos and better descriptions of them be the ℹ️.
