Taipei Treadling

An easy day

With bikes unpacked and assembled post-flight without any problems, we pedalled out of our grand hotel into light rain and in the general direction of the river, but with no real idea of where we were heading. Despite our lack of a sense of direction, within  a few minutes were rolling along a delightful, easy, traffic/free riverside  cycle path. The day unfolded from there.

A pleasant introduction to Taipei cycle touring. One of the riverside paths.

Graham SmithJacquie that’s exactly right but it took me a day to work out the connection because I didn’t notice the button console built into the zebra. There’s a lot of quirky public art in Taiwan.
