Yeah, I need to listen to the Dr's and the boss lady! I have a plan to drive down to Willie's and stop the van and ride about 20 miles out then back a few times on the way down. I might have to cut it back to 10-15 miles out and back. A new way to me of touring. Still better than sitting on a couch!
