1 month agoThis piece by the artist is one of more free expressions of his outdoors ethic. The bold triangular shapes that nestle into each other, the freeform sandy beach with its emotional movement, and the primitivist style of the island all support the joie de vivre of the upside-down figure, which, we are told, represents the artist.
