Hi Kelly, I was just wondering if you like your Salamander visor. I've been looking for something besides the one that came with my helmet, which is mostly useless, but haven't found anything satisfactory. Does it velcro onto the helmet? Their website says, "It also flips up out of the way when needed." How does that work? And how does it do with catching the wind?

I’ve used this visor for about 20 years. It velcros on and the Velcro is strong. I’ve ridden down many a mountain pass without a problem,
11 months agoIncluding having it flip up or pull my helmet back. I am confused about ‘flipping it back if desired’. I think it’s too stiff to do that?
My original, a floral design, is on Jacinto’s helmet. It is now faded to plain silver.
They are a little expensive, but will last forever.
