2 weeks agoLooks much better, and more nutritious than your spam dinner! You must be getting the nutrients you need from your lunch bag meals, but sometimes I wonder about that and if the foods are healthy enough for your touring energy. You do so well though, that I guess I should just stop wondering about that 😉.

To either run or walk up and down those stairs everyday, you would not even need a bike! ..except to ride over and back from wherever you live..
