What a ride, eh? So glad you enjoyed it, as you said, you have to like to climb. But so worth it, the vistas are amazing and no vehicles !
Only place open for us the day we arrived was the pizza place for a late lunch. Like you the next day only the bars were open but we made it to the grocery store before it closed.

The Pyrenees are awesome. Hiking, climbing, mountain biking (lots!), rafting, kayaking… it’s all here and very accessible. Campgrounds everywhere and it’s not crowded at all (at least in early June). I’m sure the French side is the same.

2 years agoShe’s like I use to be. Not wanting to stop until I got to the top! No I’m into mostly flat cycling and doing my climbing on a hike!

It does. I think I remember this spot more clearly than any other spot from that tour.
