Thanks, Kathleen. Me too!
9 months agoThanks. Thought so 😊
9 months agoWhat a stunning gallery, Amber. It looks like the sky was amazing all the way south. Heal well.
9 months agoGlad you continued the trip, and that you’re home safe to do some healing. Hope it goes by fast and you’re back on a bike in no time.
9 months agoYes, that is Mt. Hood. She's pretty from every angle.
9 months agoOh, and no we haven’t started the refund/complaint process yet. Will let you know how that goes.
10 months agoThe inside is fine — mostly taken up by the big bed. There are a couple of wooden chairs and 2 small tables framing the door. An electric space heater, which I don’t think we’ll need. I would have taken a picture, but we had already thrown our stuff all over the bed.
10 months agoHow is the inside of your cabin? Have you started the refund process? How's that going? I've never had this situation come up - but there's always a little uncertainty about access/door codes, etc.
10 months agoLibby is the site of one of the biggest Superfund sites in the US. I am one of the many that grew up breathing asbestos and have the lung issues to prove it. It was a booming lumber, mining, and dam-building town when I grew up there, but all of that is over now (which I'm not sad about but wish somebody creative would see that there is a billion-dollar view going on).
10 months agoRight. And the pictures on the wall are all trophy kill pictures. It was hard to look at.
10 months agoI thought it was a cute town, but maybe fallen on hard times.
10 months agoThanks!
10 months agoIt really couldn’t be better—just before tourist season really begins, and the weather’s great, wildflowers blooming.
10 months agoYou picked the perfect time of year to visit Lincoln County. I'm glad you're enjoying the beauty and low traffic!
