Congratulations! I know how hard it is to keep an online journal going daily and you were absolutely amazing. Great photos, videos and writing. You were so precise describing routes that your journal ends up being an excellent resource for those who might be planning on riding any portion. Well done!! Gold Stars!

They must have been envious of you with your Bike Fridays.

There is something very inviting about this photo. It really says 'morning' and has the optimism of a new day.

Of course! We do have our standards to keep up.

Video song is great for this time of year ... "Ay, que linda la vida sencilla".

Make sure you don't have any attached to your bikes when you leave Spain! They start out the size of a ladybug ... And look how big they get!

'Adjectived out' ... Definitely a sign that it's time for a nap!

Only if it has heated towel bars, though, right?

We’ll have to come back ourselves, and stay awhile next time. Amazing to be over here for so long and allow less than a day on the city. We should have biked down from Girona and ended the tour there instead.

I was surprised myself. This one was a real outlier, the only one I’ve seen in weeks. Southern exposure, low elevation.

Surprised to see Queen Anne's lace still bloomed this late in the season!

I have to visit Barcelona again! I was in such a hurry to start my tour in 2016...

Our thinking too. We haven’t been up that way for many years, and are overdue. We’re thinking we’ll take a couple of weeks next summer to revisit Victoria, Vancouver and the islands and see who is in town before we head back to Europe.

It is indeed, and The Grampies live just down the road! We should have a confab of all us West Coast Cycleblazers!
