Day 39: East Windsor, CT
Today was our bonus rest day here with Joan and Herb in East Windsor. It's cool and overcast, but no rain yet. Tomorrow is supposed to be very cool and rainy and we are supposed to ride 36 miles to Sturbridge, MA. We'll see what the morning brings...
Our friends Gail and Jerry are here in Connecticut with their family and drove up to see us this morning. All of us went out for a nice lunch at the Mill on the River in South Windsor. It is a good restaurant in a beautiful setting. Joan said that there are often weddings taking place on the grounds, but nothing was happening on this dreary Monday. We had an excellent lunch and enjoyed being together.

This has been a week of seeing friends. I didn't have pictures to post last Friday when we rode with Team P, so here are a couple of them.
Tomorrow, we'll go back to only having each other for company again.
