We Crossed the River

Palo Verde, CA to Quartzsite, AZ

It was chilly this morning so Jenn brought us her portable heater. The trailer has air conditioning for during the day but not a heater. Tamrisk RV Park and this little town need to be discovered by someone looking for a retirement oasis. We really enjoyed our stqy here.

The RV park sits right along a tributary of the Colorado River

The trailer gave us shelter, bathroom, water, microwave, sleeping mattrss and couch, refrigerator. We were very grateful after 70 miles.

Riding throught the Dome Rock Mountains along I-10

Met Bill and Dee from Scottsdale. They were very interested in touring. We actually met them in Blythe at the Starbucks. Very sweet couple.

Lance remodeled the Stagecoach Motel in Quartzsite and it's gorgeous. I stumbled onto it. $75 and a real treat.
