San Diego, First leg of trip is done!

La Jolla to San Diego

Gayle took us for a hike to Black Beach this morning

You drop 400 feet to the beach

Made it!

Then we headed down the beach to a path with steps back up to the top

The Blacks lived here until they passed. A lawyer lives there now.

Emma decided to climb up a slot canyon to get up to the top.

Gayle and I met Rebecca on our way up.

We met Tony who had a cool vest to carry water and snacks. She runs marathons

We got back and took off on bikes through La Jolla. Here is the cove.
