In the Boonies

NOLA to White's Bayou RV

Boo Hoo, Time to say Goodbye to Carolyn. She is an ACA leader and is leading a group up the Atlantic Coast in April so we may see her again!

We took Esplanade to Rampart and left the city on Hwy 46! We were trying out the route for Mark in Baton Rougue. It was Excellent! 46 had a bike lane the whole way and 47 had a wide shoulder. The bridge on 47 was high, two lanes for each direction with a small shoulder which had too much debri on it so we took the right lane and what little traffic there was went around us. It's a great route out of New Orleans to the east or coming from the east to go into New Orleans.

Lots of rebuilding going on out here.
